Payment and Shipping

    After placing an order on lgk5474.wix.com/fr-clohing, a confirmation email will be sent to the address entered at the time of account set-up. This email goes over all of your critical information from your order. A UPS Quantum View shipment tracking email will be sent at the time of order shipment.

 

    Most orders will be processed within 1-3 days after you place your order online. Orders received after 3:30pm Eastern Standard time will be processed the following business day. On Fridays after 3:30pm, and on weekends, orders will be processed on the following business day (Monday). If you must have your order shipped today, please contact us by phone at (330) 338-5982, any time of day 7 days a week. We want to be sure your order arrives when you need it.

The shipping cost is based on the dimensional weight of your items. This information will be displayed when you are reviewing your order before clicking for the final submission of your order. L.G Enterprise has spent significant effort to acquire the largest possible discounts and incentives from FedEx, which enables us to keep our prices low. The discounts earned are in turn passed on to our customers.

 

    All orders placed online over $500.00 USD receive free shipping anywhere in the continental United States.

Free shipping is defined as freight prepaid shipping for an order at one time to one location.  The prepaid shipping method is FedEx GROUND. If multiple shipping locations are required, shipping fees will apply to any additional requested locations.

In the event of a backorder, only shipping for the first part of the order will apply for free shipping. When the backordered items are available for shipment, shipping fees will apply for the remainder of the order.  

 

It is recommended that in the event of a backorder, you have the shipment held until the backordered items arrive at our warehouse, then have the order shipped complete. This way you can take full advantage of the free shipping that has been applied to the order. You will be contacted within 24 hours in the event of a backorder.


Returns & Refunds

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. Since 2000, L.G Enterprise quality has been built into every order. We will gladly replace a  garment or refund your money (with original retailer's receipt) if you are not satisfied for any reason. Please feel free to call our special customer service line with any comments at 330.338.5982.
 
For faster service, please place your reorder online and return your unwanted product for a refund.
 
L.G Enterprise is not responsible for return shipping charges unless the garment is defective or damaged during shipping. Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed.
 
For items purchased by Credit Card, or ATM/debit check card, please note that your card will be credited for the item returned.
 
Please be aware that when you request an exchange, your credit card is credited for the charges incurred on your original order for the item returned.
